Just as a note we are not commercial  breeders we have simply put together  this mini site to find homes for our pups. Please click on the thumbnails to view a larger image.

All the pups left are either all black or have small white flashes on their chest. Ideally we are looking to find owners for them that will have them as both pet and gundogs as the cocker spaniel is both a lively enthusiastic worker and an affectionate companion.

We are very particular about how these pups will be kept and are specifically adverse to them being kennelled. Cocker spaniels and particularly these pups are extremely affectionate and fun loving lively dogs that need a good size garden to play in or regular off lead exercise and lots of fuss and attention. They are also particularly good as a young family pet as they are great with children.

From a gundog perspective these pups have an excellent working pedigree with Welsh strain in the line and some royal breading too from Sandringham. The mother and my older dog who is now 11 years old still loves a days shooting then back home to a warm bed in the kitchen. Ideally this is the kind of home we would like for these pups but would be just has happy for them to be family pets.

The Dam, Snap is three years old and this is her first litter. She is a wonderful pet and also enjoys working in the shooting season. I have had cocker spaniels for over ten years now and own Snap's father who is an excellent worker and pet too. The mother of this litter who you will see is very well trained for shooting, stopping to flush, sitting and retrieving to whistle all of which came as near second nature to her which made training very easy.

The stud Whaupley Scarp was bread by Tony Robinson - a well know name in the shooting world. Whaupley Scarp is a field trial winner and an established and proven sire and comes from a long line of working dogs.
